Returns

You may return your rabbit to us for a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any reason. 

After 7 days, we will accept your rabbit back but cannot provide a refund.  Returned rabbits are usually given to 4H kids or we find other suitable homes.  We accept our rabbits back regardless of how long you have had it, even years later.

Guarantee

We guarantee our show quality rabbits to meet the breed standard at maturity (6 months for small breeds, 12 months for large breeds) and will refund 50% of your purchase price or you may exchange your rabbit (exchanges may only be done once) if the rabbit does not meet the standard.  Pet quality rabbits are not eligible for the guarantee.

For Mini Satins, the ear length is guaranteed to be no longer than 3 1/4" at 6 months of age only if the rabbit has been kept in air conditioning or temperatures below 80 degrees.  For maximum weights on small breeds, the size guarantee applies only if the rabbit has been given measured feed at appropriate amounts, such as 1 oz per pound, and treats have been limited to Timothy hay or other low calorie foods.  Rabbits that have been previously discounted because of the likelihood of ears or weight going over the maximum are not eligible for the guarantee. 

Quantity Discounts

The first (highest priced) rabbit will be full price, the second will be discounted 25%, and the third (or more) will be discounted 50% for bucks and 25% for does.

Stud Service

Stud service is available from most of our breeding stock bucks.  Stud fee is $50 or pick of the litter.
